Fuel2U is operated by Raptor Developments Ltd, a company registered in England & Wales. By accessing our website, registering an account, signing up to a membership plan, or using our mobile fuel delivery service, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

• “Client”, “customer”, “you”, “your” refers to any individual or business using our website or services.
   
• “Service” refers to the mobile fuel delivery and related offerings provided by Fuel2U.
   
• “Membership” refers to any paid subscription for priority access to fuel delivery.
   
• “Vehicle” means any car, van, truck, or fleet asset authorised by the customer.
   

You must:

• Be 18 years or older.
   
• Have legal authority over the vehicle being refuelled.
   
• Ensure the vehicle is parked safely and legally on private property or a permitted location accessible for delivery.
  We reserve the right to refuse service if operating conditions are unsafe, illegal, or not compliant with fuel-handling regulations.
   

Fuel2U provides mobile fuel delivery to registered customers at their home, workplace, or agreed location.
Fuel types offered may vary based on availability and compliance.

We aim to provide an efficient service but do not guarantee delivery times, and services may be affected by:

• Traffic and route delays
   
• Weather conditions
   
• Fuel availability
   
• Regulatory restrictions
   
• Safety assessments on arrival
   

Fuel2U reserves the right to cancel or postpone any delivery for operational or safety reasons.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information and location details.
   
• Ensure safe access to the vehicle at the time of delivery.
   
• Ensure the vehicle is unlocked if required for access to the fuel cap.
   
• Ensure the fuel cap/cover is accessible and not obstructed.
   
• Ensure no people, animals, or hazards are present in the immediate refuelling area.
   
• Maintain the vehicle in a roadworthy, leak-free condition.
   

Fuel2U accepts no liability for:

• Damage caused by pre-existing faults, leaks, or defects in the vehicle.
   
• Misfuelling if incorrect information was provided by the customer.
   
• Inaccessible or illegally parked vehicles.
   

Fuel2U operates under UK fuel transportation and dispensing regulations.
Our operators will refuse or halt delivery if:

• The site is unsafe
   
• There is a risk of fire, ignition or spillage
   
• The vehicle is leaking fuel or improperly maintained
   
• The location breaches legal refuelling restrictions
   

Refusals for safety reasons are chargeable if the operator has already attended the site.

All prices listed include delivery and fuel costs unless stated otherwise.
Fuel pricing may fluctuate based on:

• Market rate at time of delivery
   
• Fuel type
   
• Delivery location
   

Payment must be made via approved methods at the time of booking or via an active membership method.

Fuel2U reserves the right to modify prices at any time.

Fuel2U Priority Membership offers:

• Priority access
   
• Preferred booking windows
   
• Coverage based on the chosen plan (individual, household, or fleet)
   

Membership does NOT include free fuel.
It provides priority access, reduced wait times, and ongoing service benefits.

• Membership fees are billed monthly.
   
• Memberships renew automatically unless cancelled.
   
• Cancellation requires 30 days’ notice.
   
• No refunds are issued for partially used months.
   
• Abuse of membership benefits may result in termination.
   

Fleet membership terms may require additional agreements depending on scale and service level.

You may cancel a booking up to 2 hours before your scheduled time at no charge.

Chargeable callouts apply if:

• The vehicle is inaccessible
   
• The location is unsafe
   
• The customer fails to appear or respond
   
• The fuel cap cannot be accessed
   
• The vehicle is not present at the agreed location
   

Charges cover time, travel and allocation of a delivery vehicle.

Fuel2U is not liable for:

• Damages arising from misuse, poor vehicle maintenance, or defective parts
   
• Loss of business, income, contracts, or indirect costs
   
• Damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control
   
• Contamination or damage caused by incorrect vehicle information provided by the customer
   

We are responsible only for:

• Direct damage caused by our proven negligence
   
• Fuel contamination resulting solely from our equipment or actions
   

In all cases, our liability is limited to the cost of the affected delivery.

Fuel2U delivers premium-quality fuel supplied in partnership with ORYX.
All fuel is:

• Sourced from authorised UK suppliers
   
• Delivered through certified equipment
   
• Handled by trained operators
   

We guarantee product quality upon delivery but are not liable for:

• Contamination caused by the customer’s own fuel tank
   
• Mixing with pre-existing poor-quality or adulterated fuel
   
• Vehicle performance issues unrelated to fuel quality
   

Fuel2U is not responsible for delays caused by:

• Weather
   
• Road closures
   
• Accidents
   
• Mechanical breakdowns
   
• Fuel supply constraints
   
• Regulatory changes
   

Where possible, customers will be notified and rescheduled at the earliest available time.

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Copy or misuse any content
   
• Disrupt or attempt to breach site security
   
• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes
   

All website content remains the intellectual property of Fuel2U Ltd.

Fuel2U complies with UK GDPR and all relevant data-protection laws.
